Truck drivers have a lot to worry about during transportation, but one of them is inspecting the height of their rig. They tend to forget this, leading to fines, accidents, and more. That's why we have added a Load Height Measuring Stick with a Telescopic Mechanism extending up to 27'. A new size will help truck drivers measure the load's height and have a peaceful journey. The lightweight and easy-to-carry stick includes more features that you can explore below.
Telescopic Mechanism: This laid measuring stick expands up to 27' and the collapsed height is 5-1/4' (63"). The bottom pole and rubber cap's diameter is 2-1/8" and 2-5/16", respectively, whereas the top pole and rubber cap diameter is 1" and 1-5/16". Also, it has a telescopic mechanism that ensures reach to oversized loads.
Easy to Read Scale Readings: We have integrated two types of readings, including imperial and metric. Imperial readings enable truckers/operators in the US to understand, whereas metric measurements reach out to people at the global level. Thus making it an easy-to-understand measuring stick even in a low position.
Robust Construction: If you plan to use a tape measure, don't. It will not help you with proper measurements, considering the tape tends to bend and snap easily. That's why we industry people use this fiberglass-constructed stick. It's durable and safe to use - a non-conductive, lightweight, and sturdy pole. Meanwhile, the hinge and spring are durable, ensuring long-lasting performance.
Easy to Operate: This measuring stick is easier to operate, allowing truckers to utilize it on trailers, dry bins, or heavy-duty vehicles. It comes folded/fully collapsed, which truckers have to extend. But first, they have to place the pole on the ground with non-slip rubber pads touching the ground. Next, unfold the hinge (aluminum alloy made), loosen the knob (twist it) and arrange above pole angle straight at 90 degrees, and tighten the hinge to lock it. Finally, extend the measuring stick (telescopic pole-innermost tube goes up) at the desired length. Once fully extended, it will lock into its place.
