The Heavy Duty pressure plate allows for a 20 to 50 percent increase in clamp load over the stock unit. The Heavy Duty pressure plate will have a stock to moderate pedal feel. ACT pressure plates feature creative diaphragm designs to increase clamp load, reduce deflection and maximize clutch life. All diaphragms endure an exclusive four-stage, heat-treating process for unparalleled performance. The Heavy Duty pressure plate meets SFI Specification 1.1. ACT's Street Rigid-hub discs have steel-backed lining for ultra-high burst strength and durability. These discs are the minimum weight street disc for faster shifts. Also, they feature top grade rivets to securely fasten the part together. The rivet design and rivet materials are carefully selected for maximum strength. Engagement is quick, smooth and precise with these discs. ACT's Street Rigid hub discs provide race-proven performance with street manageability.
