EASY TO REPLACE：
STEP 1 - Unscrew the oil cover, remove the engine trim cover, and then cover the oil cover.
STEP 2 - In the spark plug next to the two buttons, the gray for the intake solenoid valve, the other one is the exhaust solenoid valve. Use a screwdriver to pry open the gray plastic sheet.
STEP 3 - Open the plastic sheet, unplug the plug, take out the damaged solenoid valve, and then put on a new solenoid valve.
STEP 4 - twist the sleeve, plug the plug, and cover the gray plastic sheet.

2A9A Cam sensor, inlet signal invalid for synchronization
2A98 (P0016) Crankshaft intake correlation value outside ref range
2A82 intake VANOS jammed mechanically
2A9B exhaust camshaft sensor signal invalid for synchronization
2A99 (P0017) Crankshaft position sensor and exhaust camshaft, correlation - value outside reference range
2A87 exhaust VANOS jammed mechanically
Note:
This solenoid is a common source of check engine lights and limp mode. The two most common codes you will see when this solenoid is operating erratically is 2A87 and 2A82
