Steps to use:

Step 1 - Attach the arbor to the rubber wheel and tighten it, then place the protective sleeve over the arbor and finally place the rubber wheel on a regular household drill.

STEP 2 - Wash the area first with water and soap to remove dirt, grease, etc.

STEP 3 - You can try it out early in the scrap to get a feel for the rhythm of use before you officially use it.

STEP 4 - Start at the top of the decal and apply light pressure to the sides or for faster results use the full width of the wheel without tilting.
