Pastel Neon (Ne) Blue is a vibrant medium-light blue neon creme nail polish. It is soft and buttery, and opaque in 1 coat. Use a good base and top coat to get more durability and longevity from your manicure! Pastel neon blue is a bit lighter than the regular neon blue formula. All of our polishes are cruelty free, vegan and 5-free (free of camphor, toluene, formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate (DBP) or formaldehyde resins.) Size: 15 mL / 0.5 oz volume Color may differ slightly in person due differences in monitors, screens, and lighting. All polishes are made by hand in small batches.
