On unpainted surfaces, Plugger helps keep moisture out and resists staining for easier clean up. It can be used as a primer to seal previously painted or wood substrates. On painted surfaces, Plugger can help solve moisture problems with a clear, protective coating with little change in surface appearance. Plugger comes in both a 5-year 25% formula and a 3-year 10% formula, depending on the level of protection and length of desired.
