Sander Clutch Drive Belt Replacement Guide

1. Remove Old Belt:

Detach sanding pad by unscrewing 3 fasteners. Remove pad from base.
Slide worn belt off fixed and support pulleys.

2. Install New Belt:

Loop new belt onto fixed (smaller) pulley first. Stretch over one edge of support pulley.
Rotate support pulley clockwise to seat belt fully.

3. Reassemble:

Align pad using a screwdriver through screw/support pulley holes.
Secure pad with original screws; tighten evenly in crisscross pattern.
