Illustrate:
Remove the injector sleeve:
1. Clean all spare parts,
2. Install the pull-out stud into the injector sleeve,
3. Install the pull-out bridge, thrust bearing, hard washer and nut on the pull-out stud in turn.
4. Tighten the nut so that the injector sleeve is pulled out of the cylinder head.
5. Remove the pull-out stud from the injector sleeve.
Installing the Injector Sleeve:
1. Clean the hole in the cylinder head,
2. Apply the fixing agent to the surface of the injector sleeve (not the surface of the cylinder head),
3, Lubricate the O-rings with engine oil,
4, Rotate the drawing stud into the thread of the electronic injector sleeve,
5. Put the pull-out stud and the electronic injector sleeve into the cylinder head,
6. Put on the driver's cap and tap with a hammer to install the electronic monomer injector sleeve into the cylinder head.
The package includes 6 parts: 5P-8247 hard washer, 9U-6877 thrust bearing, 221-9778 tie rod stud, 9U-7258 drive cap, 4K-0367 nut-full nut, 128-7889 tie rod bridge.
