Overview: JTECH-WEX-3MC provides 1 magnetic base and 1 10ft length of antenna cable. So, you are now able to mount 1 wireless HDMI antenna to a metal surface or place 1 antenna up to 10ft away from the transmitter/receiver it attaches to. Adding this item to your wireless HDMI extenders means additional installation and use options become available. For example, previously if you wanted to attach your transmitter/receiver to a metal surface (outside of an RV, vehicle rooftop, outside of a metal building) the only way to do so was to screw/bolt it in place permanently. However, now with this kit, simply add the extender between the transmitter/receiver and antenna and then place it on the metal surface. Leave it there temporarily or long term, whatever works best for you! Additionally, installing the transmitter/receiver behind a TV usually would not work due to the TV blocking the wireless signal. However, now you can. Simply install the transmitter/receiver behind the TV while keeping only 1 antenna out in view either mounted on the wall or placed on a shelf. This also means you can install your extender inside a metal cabinet with only 1 antenna left outside.
