This burnisher has a curved tip designed to flatten burrs and polish the printmaking plate surface. Also used for image making & corrections. Made of high carbon tool steel with a comfortable wood handle. The burnisher comes to a fine point for detail work; or use the broader part of the blade for smoothing larger areas.
