This is a set of brackets to stop your license plate from rattling when you close your hatch, hit a bump, or play some bass. They also space off your license plate from the hatch or tailgate, which prevents your license plate from scratching a rusty rectangle into your paint, or from holding debris that does the same thing. Just put the brackets on the vehicle's factory mounting location with the factory screws, and use the included screws to attach your license plate to the bracket. During installation, hold up your license plate to the brackets when tightening the screws into the vehicle so the brackets sit straight and line up to your plate.
