DESCRIPTION: This is a Style Arc sewing pattern for a tunic top for women. This gorgeous top / tunic dress features a flattering, elastic off-the-shoulder neckline. The raglan sleeve allows this style to flow beautifully. Soft ruffles fall from the hemline and the sleeves. Why not use a wide lace for the ruffles? The elastic neckline allows you to wear it off the shoulder or alternatively up on the shoulder - choose the look to suit your style!
