These dice were designed with Disney Lorcana TCG in mind but they can be used for any number of games that require keeping track of negative effects. These are also just great negative dice for rolling!

As you're keeping track of your lore and everything else going on in the game, make it easy on yourself as far as keeping track of your damage. These dice are perfectly balanced with each side adding up to -7 so it is easy to just grab a dice and not sort through your pile of paper tokens.
