Installation Steps:

1. Depress the spring lock and slide the lower carrying hook into the upper arm.
2. Secure the mount to the scooter's cargo rack. The top plate should be on top of the cargo rack, and the bottom plate goes under. Tighten the plates with the included bolts.
3. Insert the arms into the mount piece. Find the optimal position (consider what works best for your surfboard and scooter) and then tighten the bolts.
4. Remember to use the bungee cords to secure your surfboard.
