MINUTE MAINTAINENCE: Apply a layer of gun oil spray on the bar once in every month, then move the handles back and forth many times. Once this is done, remove off the gun oil with a dry cloth.
AVOID rapidly sliding one handle into the centre of the bars shaft. Therefore When transitioning the bar from a bench to a vertical stand, if a handle reaches the centre, make sure it does so gently. We tested and changed the bars centre before release, for minimizing any issues and received totally no reports regarding any issue related to this. However precaution is still necessary.
