A good drill; impact or hammer drill makes it very easy. Masonry drill bit. Compressed air or vacuum to ensure no dust remains in the hole. Mallet to coax wedge anchors into place and a box wrench or deep well socket wrench.

🫰How to Use 304 Stainless Steel Concrete Anchor Bolts ?
1, Drill and clean.
2, Clean out the hole of all debris.
3, Insert wedge anchor.
4, Hammer the wedge anchor into the hole deep enough so that the threads are below the surface of the base material.
5, Tighten the nut.
