Our CD has an installation video for Windows 32 bit and 64 bit inside. Follow the video to install, you can install software successfully. If you are not tech savy and have problem with the installation, we can provide technical support for you though teamviewer. For some customer who is uncomfortable with remote service, please don't worry, you can watch our engineer install for you. If you find something wrong, you can close the remote any time. Anyway, we still hope you can watch our installation video in patience. If the software has any connection problem, please feel free to contact with us. Our engineer will help you fix it. If you think the remote is not safe, a used or backup laptop will be better.
