Inspect fuse box for faulty / open fuses. Fuse box locations can be found in the vehicle owner's manual.
Remove the power window switch from the door panel.Depending on your make and model - you may need to remove the door panel to access the cabling for the switch. You can easily remove the door panel by unclipping the handles and switches with a screw driver. As you remove components from the door be cautious of items that may be secured with additional screws. If it feels like you are having to use a lot of force to free it, there is most likely a screw or locking clip securing it. Take your time and inspect how each piece is secured in place.
