Installation Steps:▼
1. Remove the fender gasket.
2. Loosen the two fixing bolts and remove the heat shield.
3. Loosen the two bolts that secure the downpipe.
4. Loosen the several bolts that secure the intake manifold to remove the intake manifold and gasket.
5. Assemble the gasket and manifold together, ensuring that the bolts are placed in the correct holes.
6. In the opposite order of disassembly, reinstall the intake manifold, secure and tighten the new bolts and bolts, and then reinstall the disassembled hardware.
Why do I need to replace the exhaust manifold bolt kit?
The exhaust manifold is often exposed to extreme temperatures, and as the manifold continues to expand and contract, it can damage bolts and fasteners.
Loose or damaged exhaust manifold bolts can cause the manifold head to rupture and begin to leak refrigerant.
