Line on-off detection
It can judge the connection and disconnection and find out the breakpoint
Usage: touch the zero line of the plug with one hand, press the touch electrode of the electric pen with the other hand, and the pen head contacts the live line of the plug
Light on: it indicates that the circuit is normal and there is no damage to the tread
No light: indicates that the line is disconnected and not connected somewhere. After detecting that the line is blocked, we will use the fourth function of this pen: breakpoint test function to detect the breakpoint position
Line on/off detection: electricians and maintenance personnel are widely used in line detection equipment of daily household appliances, such as rice cookers, computers, washing machine plugs, etc
Line breakpoint test
Grasp the tip of the electric pen, touch the end of the pen very close to or touch the wire, and check along the wire. The light turns off, indicating that this is the breakpoint. This function is popular with electricians
Note: The breakpoint can only be detected at the live wire. If the zero wire is broken, the plug can be retested in reverse
Zero live line judgment
Usage: Use an electric pen to directly contact the object to be measured (note: the hand does not need to touch the electrode). For example, the pen head such as the measuring board needs to contact the copper inside. (Note: increase the line spacing when measuring parallel lines)
Phenomenon: live wire: LED lights up
Zero line: LED does not light up or there is a little light
DC detection
Usage: Hold an electric pen (touch the electrode with your finger), touch one end of the battery with the pen head, and touch the other end of the battery with your other hand
Phenomenon:
Light on: indicating that the pen head is extremely positive
If the lamp is not on, it means that the pen tip is extremely negative
Note: The
