AI Kinesiology Tape is a specially formulated adhesive tape that is placed on the skin to support muscles and joints during physical activity and recovery. The active ingredient lidocaine in AI Tape Numbing + provides temporary relief of pain in the taped muscle or joint. Essentially, the tape provides all of the stretch, support, and benefits of traditional kinesiology tape, but with the added pain relieving active ingredient lidocaine. Active Ingredients: Lidocaine 4%. Inactive Ingredients: Arnica Montana Flower Extract, Magnesium, Glucosamine, Ashwagandga, and Acrylic Adhesive. When using this product: use only as directed. Read and follow all directions and warnings. Do not bandage tightly. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use at the time as other topical analgesics. Stop use and ask a doctor if: condition worsens, symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days.
