This is the CPU Cooling Fan for Dell Latitude 5501 5511 and Precision 3541 3551 P80F series laptop with U-type CPU processor, and with Intel integrated Graphics UMA.

If your PC fan is running very loud or not functioning then a replacement may be needed.

The fan uses an integrated flex cable to connect to the mainboard. The cable connects via 4-pin connector making it a plug and play replacement module, NO soldering is required, attaches to your existing heatsink.
