Blade Guard Removal and Replacement: Loosen and remove the two Set Screws to take off the Blade Guard. When replacing it, slot in the new Blade Guard and tighten the Set Screws.2. Blade Change: Remove the Chuck Cover by unscrewing it. Swing it back on its hinge. Loosen the two Set Screws to take out the Blade.3. Air Body Saw Assembly: Install a new Blade and secure it by tightening the Set Screws.
