How to choose the right size?
1. Measure
Measure your lower back to your maximum stretch lower abdomen circumference
2. Size
For this maternity girdle we recommend you to measure the circumference of your belly (from the lower back to the bottom of your belly which is around the area where the belt will be worn) and choose a belt according to the belt sizes in the description in the lower range of your measurement in order to plan for belly growth.

How to put on our pregnancy support band?
1. Position the Abdominal Support Pad as low as possible on your belly and stick it to fix it
2. Fit the support band to the buttocks
3. Attach the edge of the support band to the Abdominal Support Pad
4. Wrap the elastic band around the upper part of the abdomen and attach to the support band
5. According to your own needs, use the adjustable shoulder strap and attach to the belly support band
