This is a device used to simulate an electrical load, usually for testing purposes. This discharge tester is used for testing a battery or power bank. It can also be used to test current of a USB cable so you could judge if the cable is of good quality. It is designed with a aluminum heat sink and a cooling fan for better heat dissipation, which will start working automatically when temperature is higher than 55°C and stops when temperature is under 45.
