STEP 1: Take the Miswak Brush out of the packaging - rinse briefly with cold water - cut or chew off 1 cm of bark.
STEP 2: Chew the bristles of the Miswak wood gently so that the fibers soften and unfold into a brush (please spit out any broken wood fibers).
STEP 3: Brush twice a day by gently circling the MISWAK BRUSH over all teeth. Brush each tooth individually. After brushing, use your tongue to check if all plaque has been removed.
STEP 4: When the flavor diminishes, trim the bristles and remove another 1 cm of bark. One toothbrush lasts for up to 4 weeks.
