This Eaton Weatherhead 10006B-406 brass female swivel connects a SAE 45-degree female flare fitting to 3/8" inside diameter (ID) flexible tubing. The female swivel has 5/8-18 National Pipe Straight Mechanical (NPSM) threads. The barbed stem creates a tight seal on flexible tubing without the use of hose clamps or ferrules. The fitting is made of CA360 brass for corrosion resistance, ductility at high temperatures, and low magnetic permeability. This female swivel fitting meets the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) J513 standards for quality assurance and is suitable for use in low-pressure air or lubrication lines, such as in an automotive service station.
