The Cooper-Atkins 52048-K Type K solid simulator probe measures temperature from -40 to +180 degrees F (-40 to +82 degrees C). This probe simulates temperature of products in a cold storage cabinet, refrigerator, freezer, or delivery truck. The probe measures 1.5" in length and 1.5" in diameter. Its temperature stabilizes within 2 hours for accurate simulation. It has a flexible 6" cable with FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene) outer jacket. It comes with a 12" cable tie for mounting.
