Power diode module MDQ-200A is designed for single phase half WAVE rectification, which has four diodes connected in a one phase bridge configuration. Output DC current is 200Amp repetitive peak reverse voltage is up to 1600V. Isolated mounting base, high reliability by unique glass passivation.

Applications: DC power supply for instrument equipment , input of PWM frequency converter rectifying power supply , excitation power supply for DC motor, input of switch power supply and auxiliary current inverter current.
