Replacement steps:
1. Put these tires in a plastic tray large enough to hold them.
2. Cover these tires with nearly boiling water (the time is about five minutes)
3. From now on, one person can do this, but extra hands are welcome...
4. Take the first tire and stretch it as far as possible, then put it on the band saw wheel and adjust the position.
5. When the tire cools, it shrinks and fits tightly against the wheel.
6. Quickly repeat the second tire (before it cools with water).
7. That's it!
