The oil filter removes particles and debris from the compressor oil before being sent back into the compression process. Changing the oil filter element will prolong the life of your compressor by ensuring clean oil is sent to the airend and oil cooler.

XYZIL recommends changing the oil filter every 2,000 hours or yearly. When changing the oil filter, also replace the air filter. For 20-30hp models use element 89295976. For 40-50hp models use element 22203095. You can find these replacement parts in our store.
