How To Use
Step 1: To drill a hole with 3" hole saw at where you will place the sump
Step 2: Place top plate through hole
Step 3: Thread bolts through housing and into the top plate
Step 4: Use an allen key to tighten bolts until you have tight seal, and don't over tighten
