Neck Hump and Back Posture Corrector
Upper back and shoulder pain can result from poor posture alignment, overuse and repetitive motion, injury from extending or twisting, and long term arthritis conditions. Directions: Adjust both side straps to their loosest position. Hold the posture corrector in front of your body with the strap buckles on bottom. Insert both arms into the loops and gently pull the posture corrector over your head to rest on the upper back and shoulder area. Adjust tension on both left and right straps as needed. Do not over tighten the support brace which may cause additional discomfort.
