The main unit features the slim, ergonomic design and molded protective rubber boot of the EconoTemp line, with an in-unit temperature range of -40° to 500°F, while the included bell surface probe, oven/cooler/freezer air probe and general purpose needle probe will cover all your measurement needs. This thermocouple has a type K jack that accepts any type K thermocouple probe with a standard mini-connector, as well as a 10-minute auto shutoff ability that conserves battery life.
