APPLICATION INSTRUCTION:

1. Substrate formulations and surface energies may vary for different materials; each application should be tested for compatibility in a small range before large area application.
2. Wear gloves when you use this product to avoid any skin injury and see doctor immediately if swallow this product by accident.
3. The bonding surface should be clean and dry. Contaminated surface should be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol or acetone solvent.
4. Shake the bottle gently before using.
5. Use gravity feed wipe, knurled roller or brush to apply a thin, uniform coating thickness onto bonding surfaces, which is approximately 0.002 inch (0.05 mm) or less.
6. Apply promoter only to areas that will be fully covered with tape and a drying time of 30 to 90 seconds is recommended.

SPECIAL NOTES:

Completely use up this liquid contents as soon as possible after opening or seal securely for next use. Apply a thin, uniform coating to the bonding surface, using the minimum amount that will fully coat the surface.

Suitable on low surface energy materials before tape application to increase the initial bonding; operation temperature is between 60oF - 90 oF; coverage: approximately 75 m2 (800 ft2 ) per gallon (Based on 0.002 inch wet coating thickness). Cyclohexane: 45-50%; M-Xylene: 10-15%; O-Xylene: 5-12%; Ethylbenzene: 3-5%; Epoxy: 0.1-1%.
