The art of inside painting requires a high degree of skill from the artist. Artists train for years to master the technique. It can take 2 days or more to finish one of our intricate designs because they are full of detail and artistry. The result of inside painting is spectacular: the glass on the outside of the ball reflects the light beautifully.

When hanging among the lights of a Christmas tree, the ornament simply sparkles. (Ornaments that are hand painted on the outside of the glass can't reflect the light at all, because the glass is covered by paint.)

Inside painting is an ancient art form prized by collectors.

The more detailed and artistic the imagery painted, the higher skilled and trained its artist has to be – and the more collectible and precious the ornament. Our painters train for years, and only the best qualify to paint our ornaments.

Few companies offer inside painted ornaments. Those that do, have only one way to save on their costs: create a design that has the minimum amount of details, and/or show details only on one side of the ornament.

The less detail, and the less artistic a painting, the faster it is to paint and the less skilled an artist needs to be, which saves those companies in paying the painter.

CUSTOMIZABLE
Commemorate a special date or year or relationship. Simply write on the glass with a marker that sticks to glass! You can re-write the text till you're satisfied: scratch off the writing with just a little bit of elbow grease, and start over again until you're happy with the result.
