Installation Steps:
First put the positioning screw into the hole in the head
Place the positioning screw through the bositioning screw into the hole in the head
The lock head rotates in against the steering handle to prevent the handle from falling
The lock screw is inserted into the head of the diamond ring so that the positioning lever is firmly in place
Then take the measuring rod through the slide seat
Rubber pads push in from both sides to fit you
Adjust screw into slide seat to fix measuring rod
Scope of Application: Adjusts to fit all 20" to 29" wheels
