Since 1975 Leland has been producing these famous Seltzer Chargers in Europe. What is interesting is that the CO2 is captured from natural wells. The gas is sent by pipe to the filling plant and filtered. While there is no difference in the chemical makeup between natural and process CO2 manufacturing, we feel you can taste a little of the Alps in every glass.
