  • Compatible with 80/20 10 Series 1" x 1" and 25 Series 25mm x 25mm t-slot aluminum extrusion profiles. This joint connector features break away tabs to mount directly to the t-slot channel.
  • Provides 0 - 180 degrees of flexibility to your DIY project with screws on the arms that can be adjusted for movement or fixed in one position.
  • Made out of high quality die-cast zinc alloy with a powder coated finish, this pivot connector provides versatility and adjustability to your 80/20 extrusion project. Works great on the ends of 1010 and 25-2525 profiles and many more 1 inch or 25mm based profiles in the slot.
  • Suggested Hardware (not included): For 10 Series, used #3491 x2 and #3064 x2. For 25 Series, use #75-3592 x2 and 11-6518 x2. Mating profile REQUIRES a tap if attaching to the end of an extrusion.

The 2 hole - pivot joint is an external fastening method that is lightweight yet sturdy. This connector can either mount to the end of a profile, which would require an end tap, or the slot tabs can be removed for mounting directly to the T-slot without any required machining services (no mounting hardware is included). The screws on the arms can be adjusted for movement or fixed in one position.
