There's leftover food in these shoes. We took a byproduct of our daily lives — agricultural waste — and gave it a new purpose: as the sole of our new detoxed sneakers. The simple, canvas upper is bonded to the plant-based sole without harsh glues and solvents. The result is a classic looking upcycled sneaker that has a lighter footprint on the planet. The Elsa Harvest sneakers for women are built off KEEN's traditional wider footwear form. KEEN products are consciously created using PFC-free water repellent (in applicable styles) and leather sourced from Leather Working Group (LWG)-certified tanneries. KEEN makes shoes to make a difference. As a brand born for life outside, KEEN has a responsibility to protect and conserve the places where all people live, play and work with no ceiling.
