How to fix
Easy to repair-remove the lint filter, use a putty knife to loosen the clamp on the top of the dryer, then unscrew and remove the damaged switch. Disconnect the switch from the wire. Connect the switch connector to the wire, then insert the new switch (requires some manipulation), and reinstall the screws. Finally, reinstall the lint protection cover and close the top.
