What is this?
Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene is a thermoplastic engineering plastic with good comprehensive properties. It has strong abrasion resistance, self-lubricating, high strength, strong impact resistance, and anti-aging performance. Suitable for liner, bushing, bearing, hydraulic seal, medium load in the water, pneumatic and non-lubricated application.

Are there any advantages of the product?
It is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. At high temperatures, it will not melt and deform but will become soft, with smooth cutting and uniform thickness. The edges are round and smooth, and there will be no slag drop after heating.

How to use it?
You can use a bandsaw/table saw or other cutting tools to cut it into the size you need to meet your project. It will allow you easily apply downward pressure making the sheet flat while cutting.

What should I notice?
Tips: It will bend over time under its own weight. However, it will also conform to a reasonable shape within its limits.
