The Norton Drill-Mount Mandrel allows safe mounting of 2 to 3" diameter cut-off blades onto most electric and air die grinders and drills. It is designed to fit small diameter cut-off wheels with a 3/8" arbor hole. These small diameter reinforced cut-off blades allow fast cut-off and slotting on all types of metal. One mandrel is included in each pack.
A drill-mount mandrel attaches to the drill in the same way that drill bits are inserted. Once the mandrel is tightly attached to the drill, simply insert the mandrel into the arbor hole of the cut-off wheel or blade.
