PRIMARY USES:
Ideal for light to medium-heavy mixing, such as biscuits, cookies, quick breads, cheesecakes, and more. Not recommended for heavy mixes like bread, coffee cakes, rolls, and buns; use the dough hook or flat beater without a silicone edge instead.
TIPS FOR BETTER PERFORMANCE:
1. Adjust the screw to set the beaters at the right height:
a. Unplug mixer and Lift motor head.
b. Turn the screw to the left to raise the flat beater, conversely turn it to the right to lower the flat beater.
c. Make adjustment with flat beater, so it just clears surface of bowl.
2. When attaching the beater to your mixer, start at a slow speed for 2-3 minutes before using higher speeds.
