To use, heat water to 200F – 205F (93C – 96C), grind coffee to a medium grind size. Use 30 grams of coffee for 12 oz of water. Pre-wet the filter by adding some hot water, allow it to drip in the carafe, this also helps preheating the filter and carafe. Add the grinds and start pouring water in small amounts and circular motion just enough to cover the grounds. Wait for coffee to drip in the carafe. Continue adding water and allowing it to drip. Pour in cups and enjoy the coffee.
