Other general purpose uses for Pro 500B is aircraft manufacture and construction. High tack. Pro 500B is a double-coated cloth tape on a blue release liner. Adhesive: natural rubber. Backing: cloth. Thickness: 11 mils (ASTM D-1000). Tensile strength: 20 pounds per inch (ASTM D-1000). Tack (rolling ball): 20 lbs per inch (PSTC-6). Adhesion to steel: 2 inch, 5.1 centimeters (PSTC-1). Service temperature: 40 to 200 degrees F. Pro 500B is a a woven cotton cloth, double-coated with an aggressive natural rubber adhesive. Pro 500B can also be used for general mounting and holding.
