An easy to use water base acrylic designed to seal and lock in joint sand in one step. Provides long lasting protection against stains, oil and grease. Beautifies and protects from color fading. This unique formula makes the surface easier to clean and maintain. Surface can be recoated with a maintenance coat as needed. It is LEED eligible.
