No cloud as a matter of principle. The ConBee III offers completely local control of all Zigbee devices.
The free and user-friendly Phoscon app is used for control and configuration. In addition to this, there are community-supported home automation systems such as Home Assistant, Zigbee2MQTT, Node Red, openHAB, FHEM, Homebridge and ioBroker, in which the ConBee III is integrated. This opens up many exciting possibilities for integrating the Zigbee devices supported by the ConBee III into home automation.
A range of up to 30 m and up to 200 m in the open field can be achieved. Larger areas are accessible through the Zigbee mesh network. The ConBee III supports up to 512 network participants in mixed networks - with lights and devices.
