Turret Positioner Crimper:Wire crimp range is 12-22AWG, designed for crimping deutsch size 12, 16, 20 solid contacts. The positioner contains three different specifications of the positioning core, each core corresponds to the different positioning turret colors (red-size 16, black-size 20, blue-size 12), and rotates to the right color according to the different terminal specifications.
Size 12 16 20 Solid Contacts: Material tin bronze, better conductivity, and stability than brass, nickel plating also makes terminals resistant to corrosion and wear, and easy to crimp with wire and install into the connector.
Removal Tool: Stainless steel shaft has a long service life, removing contacts without damage to the wire; longer anodized aluminum handle increases the comfort of grip and control
DT DTM DTP Connectors: Both DT and DTM connectors have 2 3 4 6 8 and 12 cavity types, DTP connectors have 2 4 cavity types, all DT series connectors are made of PA66 nylon, durable and waterproof, convenient to connect and disconnect, suitable for long time use.
DTHD Connectors: 1-pin connectors, made of PEI Polyetherimide material, feature an integrated latch for mating, have rubber sealing rings for waterproofing, and can be mounted or used in-line.
