Fits all Harley Davidson touring bikes from 2010 to 2023+ (will fit older years that are equipped with passenger footpegs and NOT FLOORBOARD STYLE) and allows for a good strap down location for the rear of the motorcycle. Brackets are made of 1/4" steel and coated gloss black that makes them very discreet and barely noticeable when not in use. Brackets are made with two hook points to keep away from potential strap contact with the exhaust and will work with a strap hook up to 15/32" in diameter. Tie-down brackets mount behind the passenger footpeg and can be easily installed in 15 minutes or less.
